Changing your mind

For most online goods orders, UK distance-selling rules give customers the right to cancel up to 14 days after the order is delivered, without giving a reason.

To tell us you want to cancel, email info@radiancejewels.shop with your name, order details if available, and the item you want to cancel.

Returning an item after cancellation

After telling us you want to cancel, goods should be returned within 14 days unless we agree another arrangement. Please do not send goods back until we have confirmed the return instructions.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will confirm the applicable return instructions before the item is sent.

Return condition and return postage

Items should be kept unused and handled only as needed to inspect them. Please keep original packaging, tags and protective materials where possible.

We will explain any applicable postage arrangements before you send the item back.

Refunds and delivery charges

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds are handled in line with UK consumer rules, including the standard outbound delivery cost where legally required. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the extra cost may not be refundable.

We will explain the expected refund timing when we confirm the applicable return instructions.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described goods

Your statutory rights are not affected. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where useful.

UK consumer law may give customers a short-term right to reject faulty goods, and repair, replacement, price reduction or refund rights may apply depending on the circumstances.
